What do I do next if I want to invest?


Kindly fill in the INQUIRY FORM. Shortly thereafter either Nigel or Rory will contact you to answer any questions you may have and discuss your investment goals, amount and our next investment opportunity.  This completed, we'll ask you to fill in the INVESTOR FORM with your contact and next of kin details as applicable.

Is my return given in writing?


Yes, specific documents detailing your rights and returns will be included in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) contract within 7-10 working days.

Do the directors of Property Concepts invest along with their clients?


Both Nigel and Rory have invested in the same projects as their clients and continue to do so.

What documentation will I receive?


On initial commitment we’ll ask you to complete a “Request for information” form which includes details of contact information and beneficiary details. Subject to receiving your funds, you’ll also receive a legal “Certificate of Acknowledgement” for your investment amount, a receipt from Property Concepts and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This is the legal document drawn up to protect your investment and describes and confirms our obligations to you, our investment partners.

Is there an early exit strategy?


Most investments of this kind, typically involve a commitment period of 3–5 years. We only require you to commit to a 12 month timeframe at the start of your investment period.

Can I re-invest at the end of my term?


Yes, in fact a number of our investors have re-invested their capitalized investment and are currently achieving returns on their new investment amount. It is also possible to take out the return and re-invest your initial amount.

What is the procedure if I want to invest?


The procedure is straight forward. Any commitment in excess of Dhs 50,000 (AED) may be invested in our Company. You can either arrange a bank transfer of funds into our Property Concepts account, or if located in the UAE we will accept payment by cheque from a local bank. (Should you make use of a telegraphic transfer, we ask that you forward us a copy of the transfer receipt).

Will I receive more than 30% return if I invest for a year?


Our predicted return is 30%per annum. While it is possible to achieve higher than this amount we have done extensive research and we see 30% as the highest return one should expect to receive.

What updates will I receive?


This web-site will be updated regularly and is the best source of up-to date information.

What properties are we investing in?


We invest in both commercial and residential. Many property portfolios are purchased and sold a number of times in order to generate the projected return.
