A brief background

Property Concepts is the brainchild of Nigel AJ Herbert & Rory Jamieson who share a passion for property and investment. Both directors boast an extensive background in international property investment, including highly successful multi-million dollar property portfolios in New Zealand, Australia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Collectively, the management team has 17 years of resident experience in the Dubai marketplace. With a grassroots understanding of the unique challenges of the Middle-East business culture, and sound relationships with some of Dubai’s most lauded business minds,
